Medical emergency forces Carnival Triumph to return to port

GALVESTON, Texas - The Carnival Triumph was forced to return to port Saturday, shortly after departing.

The Coast Guard said the cruise liner returned because of a medical emergency.

Emergency crews met the Triumph at the port.

The ship returned to sea after transferring care to emergency personnel.

It's unclear what exactly that medical emergency was.
