Charges have been filed after a man's body was found in the middle of a north Houston street.
It happened just before 1:20 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of Hardy Street and Noble.
Witnesses told police they saw a man, later identified as 34-year-old Dan Ibarra, inside a silver car with two other men. Ibarra was then pushed form the vehicle and left in the street.
Upon further investigation, Houston police identified Michael Demas, 34, as one of the suspects.
Police said Demas turned himself in on Friday.
Officials said a second man remains at large.
