HOUSTON -

Authorities are searching for two suspects involved in a daylight robbery of a woman and her children.

It happened on August 21 around 10 a.m. at a store in the 10000 block of Almeda Genoa in Houston.

Officials said the victim was approached by a Hispanic man and woman. The man placed a gun to the victim's back and told her to walk to her vehicle with her children. The victim was then forced to drive the suspects to a bank located on the 8400 block of the Gulf Freeway. 

Police said once at the bank, the man forced the victim to withdraw a large amount of money while the other suspect stayed in the car with the victim's children.

Officials said the victim then drove the suspects back to Almeda Genoa where they got out of the vehicle and ran away.

The male suspect is described as 40 years old, 6 feet tall, with a normal build, brown eyes and black hair. The woman is described as 5 feet tall, with brown eyes and black hair.
