HOUSTON – Homicide investigators are looking into a deadly shooting of a man at a restaurant in North Harris County on Saturday.
Deputies said around 12:30 p.m., two men sat down at a table when one of the men got up and went to the restroom.

When the man returned, he pulled out a gun from his waistband and shot the victim one time.
The victim died at the scene while the suspect escaped.
