Man shot at mobile home park

HARRIS COUNTY, Texas – A man is recovering in the hospital from gun shot wounds while deputies search for the man who shot him.
It happened Saturday night at a mobile home community on Mount Houston and Suburban Road in north Harris County.
Deputies say the victim was outside at a neighbor's home when someone pulled up next to him in a pickup truck.
Deputies say the victim had a short conversation with the men in the truck before shots were fired and the truck fled the scene.
The victim stumbled back to his home after the shooting.
Neighbors called deputies and the victim was transported to Ben Taub Hospital in serious but stable condition.
