HOUSTON -

The person who shot a man in southeast Houston is on the run.

Neighbors say they heard a gunshot and then discovered the man in the street on Hickok and Segrest around 11 p.m. Thursday.

According to investigators the victim was with one or two other people in a car parked at a dead end street when they started arguing.

Moments later someone pulled out a gun and shot the man.
