HOUSTON -

A 42-year-old man was robbed at gunpoint in the driveway of his home in the 12500 block of Coronoa Street in southwest Houston on Friday.

Duc Tran was getting into his car for work around 5 a.m. when he remembered he left his lunch inside, he ran back into the house and when he returned, just seconds later, he was met by two armed suspects.

"They said, 'Don't move.'" Tran told Local 2.

He said the robbers made him put his sweater over his face, they knocked him to the ground, hit him in the head and took his wallet, then stole his car.

"They got money and everything," Tran said.  The robbers got away with the $180 that was in his wallet and his 2003 Toyota Camry.

Tran described the suspects as young, possibly in their teens.  He didn't get a good look at them because they had hooded sweatshirts pulled up around their faces.

Houston police are investigating and Tran is hoping they catch the robbers. He doesn't want them to do this to someone else and he'd also like his car back.
