A man has been arrested after allegedly leading a deputy on a chase in Montgomery County while riding a 4-wheeler.
According to the Montgomery County Precinct 4 Constable's Office, a deputy was monitoring traffic in the 11400 block of Calhoun Road on Wednesday, when he saw Bo Lee Richmond ride an orange 4-wheeler past him at a high rate of speed.
The deputy tried to pull Richmond over, but they say he did not stop.
During the chase, deputies said Richmond turned into a wooded area and got stuck.
The deputy then got out of his patrol vehicle and arrested Richmond.
The 4-wheeler he was on was reported stolen in 2008, deputies said.
Richmond is facing several charges, including evading arrest and theft.
Authorities say Richmond also had outstanding warrants for violate promise to appear and driving while license suspended.
