HOUSTON – A man who sued a fertility clinic after claiming his ex-girlfriend stole his sperm to become pregnant with twins is now fighting for custody of those children.
In the original lawsuit, Joe Pressil claimed he never visited the Advanced Fertility Center. He believed his ex stole the sperm sample after sex.

Pressil's ex-girlfriend claimed Pressil knew about the procedure, and later sued him for child support and won.
Now, the attorneys for that woman say Pressil wants custody of the twins.
The trial began on Wednesday and could wrap up as early as Thursday.
