HOUSTON – Fort Bend County Deputies said poor lighting may have played a part in an accident that left a motorcycle driver in serious condition.
Emergency crews responded to the scene on West Bellfort and Burney at around 9:15 p.m. on Saturday.

Fort Bend County Deputies said the driver hit a curb and lost control.
Deputies said a light was out near where he crashed. The deputy also said the curb, the driver hit, didn't have yellow paint on it, making the curb very hard to see at night.
LifeFlight transported the driver to Memorial Hermann Hospital in serious condition.
