Small Craft Advisories remain until noon for 20 miles out.
There will be partly sunny skies as the rain has moved east and is now impacting the Eastern Gulf and Southeast United States.
Today's highs are expected to be in the mid to upper 60s.
Temperatures may dip to the upper 40s by Friday followed by increasing rain chances starting Saturday.
