HOUSTON – A 57-year-old man was killed on May 21 around 8:40 p.m. after he failed to yield to traffic and was struck by a Dodge Challenger at 10900 Bissonnet, according to police.
Police said the driver was eastbound on Bissonnet near Wilcrest when he struck the man in the wheelchair. The driver remained at the scene until he was released by police after questioning.
