According to trial evidence, Cosby then dumped their bodies behind a convenience store on the Bolivar Peninsula.

The Houston Chronicle reports defense attorneys argued in closing statements that prosecutors were unable to provide a motive or a murder weapon for Cosby.

Prosecutors responded that no weapon or motive was needed because cellphone records tracked Cosby the day of the slayings from Houston to Port Bolivar, where the bodies were found.

Cosby receives an automatic life sentence without parole.
