Caught on camera: 2 women wanted in perfume theft at Richmond area store

FORT BEND COUNTY, Texas – Two women are wanted in the theft at a cosmetic store in the Richmond area, and the incident was caught on camera.

On Dec. 17, Fort Bend County deputies were called to the Ulta store in the 5400 block of State 99 (the Grand Parkway) concerning the theft of perfumes from the store. The store manager estimated the loss would be more than $2,000.

Store personnel reviewed in-house video which shows one woman shoveling bottles of perfume into a bag.

One suspect has medium-length brown hair pulled back, and she was wearing a black jacket with a brown scarf, black pants and black shoes. She is 5 feet 4 inches to 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs about 180 to 200 pounds.

The second suspect has shoulder-length brown hair with blonde highlights. She was wearing a red blouse, black pants and dark-colored shoes. She is about 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs about 210 pounds.

The suspects were seen leaving the area in a green 90s-model Honda Accord.

A similar theft occurred at an Ulta location on Fry Road at I-10 in Harris County on Dec. 5.

Fort Bend County Crimes Stoppers, Inc. will pay a cash reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspects involved in the theft case. Information which leads to the apprehension and filing of charges on the suspects involved could earn a reward of up to $5,000.
