HOUSTON -

A man died after flipping his truck and crashing on a southeast Houston road.

Police said the man was driving a truck along Griggs Road near Bobby Lee Lane around 1 a.m. Saturday, when he lost control of the vehicle and ran over a median.

Investigators said the truck flipped, and the driver was ejected.  He died at the scene.

Police said they're not sure why the driver lost control of the truck, or if he was wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash.

The victim's name hasn't been released.
