HOUSTON -

A Houston man is facing three charges of possession of child pornography.

Court documents say Jason Horne's mother took his computer to The Solution House for repairs on March 29, 2013. Authorities say that's when a store employee discovered multiple lewd images of children and contacted police.

More than a year later on April 15, 2014, police say they interviewed Horne's mother and another relative. Horne's mother denied any involvement with the photos and confirmed that it was her son's personal computer, according to court records.

Investigators say the 41-year-old man confessed that he knowingly had the pornographic images on Thursday.

Horne is being held in the Harris County Jail on $50,000 bond.
