RICHMOND, Texas – A man has been accused of downloading child pornography.
Michael Darby, 27, has been charged with possession of child pornography.

Fort Bend County sheriff's deputies said a detective discovered hits to a file sharing program and traced them to Darby's home in the Pecan Grove area.
Investigators got a search warrant and went to Darby's home. Detectives said they found nearly 200 images and two videos of child pornography on his computer.
Darby surrendered to deputies on Wednesday. He was booked into the Fort Bend County Jail with bond set at $40,000.
