HOUSTON – A man died in a work-related incident, investigators said.
Harris County sheriff's deputies said a forklift fell on an employee of Dow Machine Corporation in the 12500 block of Taylor in northwest Harris County on Monday morning.

Detectives said the employee died instantly. His name has not been released.
The cause of the incident is under investigation.
