SUGAR LAND, Texas – A man was arrested after taking photos up a female employee's skirt at Home Goods at 2545 Town Center Blvd. on Aug. 11 around 11 a.m.
The man ran from the scene when he was confronted by loss prevention, but was later found by police.

Fernando Parra-Perez was charged with invasive visual recording after a review of security video confirmed he was taking the photos with his phone.
The woman was unaware the photos were being taken.
