GALVESTON, Texas - A man accused of stabbing a Marine hero in the neck is in jail.

Blake Davis, 29, was arrested on an unrelated assault charge.

Deputies say Davis ambushed 25-year-old Silver Star recipient, Phillip McCulloch outside a Galveston bar and stabbed him in the neck.
