Man accused of sending sexually explicit text messages to teen girl
The 16-year-old girl's father found out about the texts and called authorities
A man is accused of sending lewd and sexually explicit text messages to a teenage girl.
Investigators with the Harris County Constable Precinct 4 High Tech Crimes Unit say they were notified by a concerned parent stating his 16-year-old daughter had been contacted by an adult male, Joshua Lee Lucke.
Investigators say Lucke communicated with the girl for five hours on August 11 and sent numerous texts that became more sexually explicit in nature. The girl told authorities that Lucke gave her his number at a gathering in July of 2013.
Court documents state Lucke knows the girl's family.
Lucke is charged with online solicitation of a minor. He was arrested without incident in Conroe.
Lucke, 30, is being held in the Harris County Jail on $30,000 bond.
