The Foster Creek subdivision in Fort Bend County has seen a rash of burglaries, and deputies say they have now arrested the man behind the crimes.
The first burglaries in the Foster Creek subdivision were in June and August of 2013. Another string of burglaries happened in December and January. The most recent case was on Friday.
One case was deemed a burglary of a habitation, while nine cases were car burglaries.
After a 9-month investigation, detectives say evidence lead them to Jake Taylor.
Taylor, a resident of the subdivision, was arrested and charged with one count of burglary of a habitation and several counts of burglary of a motor vehicle.
The Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office says detectives discovered a credit card stolen from the March 14th incident had been used, so Taylor is also charged with fraud/use/possession of identification information.
Taylor, 21, posted bond on Saturday.
