Montgomery County man arrested for online solicitation of a mino

Donald Huse believed he was communicating with a 16-year-old boy when he set up a sexual encounter

Huse is charged with online solicitation of a minor.

MONTGOMERY COUNTY – A Montgomery County man was arrested for online solicitation of a minor.

Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force arrested Donald Edward Huse,50, on Friday.

According to the force, Huse was cruising social networking sites when he made contact with a task force investigator.

Huse believed he was communicating with a 16-year-old boy when he set up a sexual encounter.

According to Detective Jeff Nichols, Huse set up the meeting with the intent of meeting the boy in a bathroom inside of the Montgomery County courthouse.

He was met by investigators and was arrested.

Huse is the fourth person arrested in Montgomery County since the task force was created.

His bond is set at $250,000 and a court date has not been set.

Huse works for the Montgomery County's DWI court program as a counselor and he previously held a teaching certificate through Texas.
