Deputies arrest six suspected burglars after chase

THE WOODLANDS, Texas – Five men and a juvenile were arrested in Montgomery County on Monday, accused of leading deputies on a chase that all started at a convenience store.

According to deputies with the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office, the six broke into the Time Wise Food Store on Research Forest Drive and Kuykendahl Road in The Woodlands around 4:20 a.m. Monday.

When deputies arrived, they noticed one of two vehicles had driven through the front of the store.

That's when a pursuit started.

Dandre Dewayne Johnson, 19, James Kay Jones, 20, Denzel Jordan Perkins, 19, Christopher Antonio Jackson, 17, Rajon Dornell Johnson, 22 are charged witih burglary of a building. A sixth suspect who is a juvenile faces multiple felony charges.

Investigators are still in the process of reviewing evidence.
