HARRIS COUNTY – Authorities said a young driver crashed her car into the side of a northeast Houston fabricating company.
It happened just after noon on Friday in the 11000 block of East Sam Houston Parkway near Garrett Road.

Deputies said a young girl was driving a Mustang when she hit the curb on the service road and lost control of the vehicle. She drove the car into the front of the business.
No one inside the business was injured. The driver, whose age is unknown, was transported to a local hospital as a precaution.
