ATASCOCITA, Texas – A robbery suspect was rushed to a hospital after he fell out of a pickup truck.
Harris County sheriff's deputies said the man was trying to steal audio equipment from a home on Atasca Woods Way and Aerobic Avenue Tuesday night.

The homeowner confronted the suspect, investigators said.
The robbery suspect then took off, and officials said he hopped into the back of the alleged getaway pickup truck.
The truck sped off, the man fell and suffered from serious head injuries, investigators said. He was taken to a hospital in critical condition.
