"Arson investigators obtained a video from a neighbor's house that showed Shelly Henson, 47, and her son Shelby Henson, 23, walking around inside the mobile home prior to the fire with an open flame," said Lieutenant Dean Hensley, with the Harris County Fire Marshal's Office.

The fire marshal says both Shelly and Shelby Henson confessed to arson investigators on Apr. 22 that they set the fires inside the mobile home after they were asked to vacate the property by the owner.

Both were arrested Tuesday and are currently in the Harris County Jail.
