Men wanted for armed robbery of pizza shop in NW Harris County

HARRIS COUNTY, Texas – Deputies are hoping surveillance video will help them catch the men who held up workers and customers inside a northwest Harris County restaurant during lunchtime.

Harris County Sheriff's Office deputies say four suspects with their faces covered help up the Winner's Pizza in the 7200 block of Fairbanks North Houston near North Pines. Witnesses say they approached two customers and robbed them and also took cash from the register.

"I was shocked. It was early in the day, out of the blue, came in and they weren't scared of anything," said the store owner, Tejinder Padda. "They had the guns pointed to me, and they said, 'Give me all the money.'"

Deputies say some of the same group of suspects also tried to rob the Aroy Thai Cuisine restaurant next door, but fled.

"We all just kind of sat her looking at him, no one reacted, I think that is why he left," one customer told Local 2.

Witnesses describe the suspects as young men, possibly teenagers.

No shots were fired in either incident and no one was hurt.
