HARRIS COUNTY – A man has been arrested after authorities said he repeatedly sexually abused a little girl.
Javier Moreno, 28, is charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child and indecency of a child.
Authorities say the victim was the 10-year-old daughter of Moreno's girlfriend.
According to court documents, the abuse began at a home in Spring in August 2011 and continued through June 2013.

The victim told investigators Moreno began touching her when she was preparing to enter the fourth grade. She said he later began abusing her while her mother was away at work.
Moreno is being held at the Harris County Jail on a $30,000 bond.
