HARRIS COUNTY, Texas – A Harris County woman was arrested after sheriff's deputies say family members found her passed out on a couch while she was supposed to be babysitting a 2-year-old girl.
According to investigators, the child was found left in a bathtub.

The girl was not hurt.
Candy Avilez, 22, was charged with endangering a child.
Deputies said Avilez had been using inhalants.
