HARRIS COUNTY – The store manager of an Auto Zone in northwest Harris County is recovering from a violent attack.
Officials said the robbery occurred in the 1600 block of West FM 1960 near Beaver springs around 9:30 p.m. Monday.

The Harris County Sheriff's Office said four men walked into the store with a shotgun or a rifle and demanded cash.
Authorities said the suspects hit the manager in the head and face with the butt of the gun. He was taken to an area hospital.
Investigators said the suspects took off with money.
The sheriff's office is investigating.
