Investigators say Sierra drove off with a device his 2-year-old daughter with special needs uses to help her breathe.

Without the device to drain fluid from her trachea tube to prevent suffocation, the girl could die, court documents state.

Sierra, 19, is charged with endangering a child. His bond was set at $150,000.
