HOUSTON – A neighbor's phone call led to the arrest of three suspects for a home burglary, deputies say.
Shortly after 10pm on Sept. 6, Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office deputies were called to a burglary in progress in the 9200 block of Floral Crest in the Mission Bend subdivision.

The neighbor told deputies he saw a small Honda van pull into his neighbor's driveway. The witness said two men exited the vehicle with one going to the front of the home and the other to the back. Meanwhile, they waved to a female to drive down the street, then one of the males opened the garage door, and waved the driver to pull the vehicle into the garage.
Moments later, deputies say the neighbor saw the garage door re-open and the van take off.
Deputies say they spotted a vehicle that matched the description at the crime scene and pursued the vehicle briefly before pulling it over at the intersection of Renn and Eldridge Parkway in Houston. One suspect fled on foot, but was captured. One male and the female suspect made no attempt to flee, investigators say.
Inside the van were three televisions, which turned out to be the items stolen from the residence, according to deputies.
Detectives later discovered that one of the suspects was the homeowner's brother and the other male was the resident's nephew.
Marcus Sampson, 42, Marcus Ferrel, 21, and Tarnequa Williams, 22, were arrested and face charges of burglary of a habitation with bonds of $20,000. Sampson has an additional bond of $5,000 for evading arrest, while Ferrel has additional bonds totaling $679 for offenses such as no driver's license and an expired inspection sticker.
All three remain in the Fort Bend County Jail.
