CHAMBERS COUNTY – The Chambers County Sheriff's Office says 12 people are in custody and face burglary and theft charges.
Authorities say all of the burglaries occurred in the Winnie area.

The sheriff's office executed more than 20 warrants on Tuesday, resulting in the arrests of Alex Segura, Casey Jones, Kade Clark, Erwin Menard, Josh Menard, Melissa Lewis, Collin Prewitt, Misty Paris, Wesley Bertrand, Shawna-Michelle Holmes, Edward Rigsby and Blake Thomassee.

Officials say all suspects are from the Winnie area except for Prewitt, who is from the Highlands area.
The sheriff's office says their investigation is ongoing and additional charges may be filed.
