HOUSTON – Crews worked to clean up a cement truck that overturned near Beltway 8 east at West Lake in Houston at about 2:40 a.m.
Several feeder lanes were blocked for nearly three hours. The truck was cleared just after 5:30 a.m. Tuesday.
