HOUSTON – There really is an app for everything! One of the latest apps to hit the Apple Store is called "Selfie" and, you guessed it, it's strictly for selfies!
Selfie is a new smartphone application that allows you to upload photos from your front-facing smartphone camera. But unlike some social networks, Selfie doesn't allow commenting or filters to modify your image.

Founder Joshua Nguyen says that his goal with Selfie is for people to be able to share life's everyday moments rather than a "filtered, curated view of a life that seems perfect."
