HOUSTON – Three teens accused in a deadly shooting in a church parking lot faced a judge Tuesday in downtown Houston.
Andres Rojo, Jorge Castro and Edgardo Ligas are all charged with capital murder.

This morning they appeared in court where the judge read the charges against them.
The trio is accused of killing 17-year-old Rikko Valencia. He was shot and killed while walking home from work in northwest Houston in November.
Police say robbery was the motive for the murder.
