Katy will decide if they would like to spend nearly $100 million on three new student activity facilities for the school district.
One of the projects would be a new stadium that would cost $70 million and hold 14,000 people.
The board of trustees said it is needed to keep up with the growing district.
Voting will be on November 5 and if approved is not expected to raise taxes.
The other projects are a stem projects center and an agricultural science center.
