HOUSTON -

The woman who found a missing 8-month-old baby in a field is being honored by the city of Houston.

Hong Nguyen is a Vietnamese national visiting Houston. She was jogging on June 23 when she heard a crying baby. Nguyen stayed with the child and called 9-1-1.
