PEARLAND, Texas – Texans star JJ Watt is a part of our community and not just because of his contributions on the gridiron. As you probably know, he also lives here, but we've learned the home he's lived in for most of his time as a Texan is now up for sale.
His Pearland home is a spacious red brick house with a very famous soon-to-be former owner.

Well it's not his current crib, but where he lived in Pearland that's up for sale. It's a large red brick home in Pearland that Watt called home for years. According to the listing on Har.com it's over 4,000 square feet with four bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths.
It's two stories complete with a lovely pool, a weight room and an upstairs game room. It has a lakefront view from the backyard. The home was built in 2005.
So what's the price tag? It's $465,000!
A representative for Har.com told us the listing has been the most-visited property for sale on the website for the last few days and it's only been on the market for five days.
