A Tomball woman will spend the next six months in jail, after she pushed her baby out of its stroller while authorities say she was drunk.
Sandra Grohmann, 29, pleaded guilty to endangering a child charges in a plea bargain agreement on Monday.
Humble police say a witness reported that on April 22, a woman who appeared to be intoxicated was pushing a stroller dangerously close to the busy roadway in the 1200 block of S. Houston Avenue.
Investigators say the witness told them the woman fell over, causing the stroller to tip over and the infant to fall out.
The baby, who police say was approximately one month old, was released to CPS custody.
