HOUSTON – A group of thieves stole from a northwest Harris County store and caused a scare that caused an evacuation, investigators said.
Harris County Precinct 4 deputy constables said three men set off fireworks inside the Walmart on F.M. 1960 at Eldridge about 3 p.m.

The group then stole an undisclosed number of large-screen television sets from the store, detectives said.
The store was evacuated after the fireworks went off.
No injuries were reported.
One suspect was arrested and two others got away. Descriptions of the wanted men have not been released.
