Increased award offered in Fourth of July murder case

PASADENA, Texas - An increased award is being offered for information in the case of a Pasadena man found dead on July 4.

Crime Stoppers and Pasadena police are searching for suspects responsible for the death of Julian Maldonado, who was found around 2 a.m. in his home on the 300 block of Campbell.

Maldonado was found with a single gunshot wound to his head.

Investigators believe robbery was the motive of the crime.

Crime Stoppers has increased the award of up to $10,000 for information that leads to the filing of felony charges or arrest of the suspects responsible for Maldonado's murder.
