HOUSTON – Houston police are investigating a deadly crash just before 2 a.m. Friday. A driver was going in the wrong direction on Texas Street at Fannin Street.
Police say the driver hit a taxi cab, injuring a backseat passenger, and also hit a BMW, pushing that car into another vehicle.
