HOUSTON – A University of Houston student has been accused of having sex with a 13-year-old boy.
Guillermo Flores, 19, has been accused of sexual assault of a child under 14.

Houston police said Flores and the boy met on Skype.
Detectives said the boy talked to Flores about things that were bothering him.
On Feb. 10, the boy snuck out of his grandparents' home in League City and rode his bike to Flores' home at the University of Houston Cougar Village Apartments in the 4800 block of Calhoun, police said.
Investigators said the two talked and the boy initiated sex.
Flores admitted to having sex with the boy, police said.
