HPD releases surveillance images of robbery suspects

HOUSTON – Houston police are looking for two suspects wanted in connection with a robbery of a business on May 24.

The robbery happened at around 12:50 p.m. at the EZ Money Loan Services located at 7000 North Freeway service road.

Investigators said when the two men walked into the business, one of the suspects walked to the counter and asked about getting a loan. As the employee retrieved the loan paperwork, police said the other man pulled a gun, jumped the counter, pointed the gun at the employee and demanded money. Investigators said the men stole money from a safe and the employee's cell phone. Both then fled on foot.

HPD has released surveillance images of the two men accused in the crime.
