Man shot, killed during argument in southeast Houston, Police says

HOUSTON – A man shot and killed another man Thursday after firing 12 rounds during a fight in southeast Houston, police said. 

The gunfire erupted at around 10:45 p.m. at 3746 Southlawn St. and Scott Street. Investigators said two men were arguing when one of them pulled out a gun at an apartment complex.

Julius Calvin Allen, 25,  was shot multiple times. He died in an ambulance on the way to the hospital. 

Investigators interviewed witnesses who identified Traymone White as a person of interest, according to officials. 

Witnesses said White jumped in a gray 2013 Chevrolet Cruze with the Texas license plate GXW3072.

The vehicle has a pink license plate frame and tinted windows.

Police said White is wanted for questioning.
