HOUSTON – Houston police are searching for a man accused of exposing himself outside an apartment complex in southwest Houston.
According to police, a woman looked outside her apartment on Woodchase and Richmond to find a man exposing himself.
The witness told police that she saw the man run away.
It happened across the street from Sneed Elementary school, which concerns parents.
"Makes me nervous right now. I don't want that to happen. Lots of kids walk around here and go to school," said one parent. "It's freaking me out."
According to police, this is not the first time something like this has been reported in the neighborhood. A man was spotted exposing himself just down the street in June. An arrest was made in that case.
