HOUSTON – A Houston man has been arrested for allegedly throwing soup on his aunt.
Ruben Navarro, 42, is accused of throwing a bowl of hot soup on 73-year-old Genovev Rodriguez.

According to Houston police, Navarro did not like the soup he was eating so he threw it in Rodriguez's face during an altercation on Wednesday.
Police believe Navarro was intoxicated at the time of the argument.
Police said Rodriguez suffered some burns.
Navarro was arrested and charged with injury to an elderly individual.
Navarro is being held on a $5,000 bond. He is scheduled to be in court on Friday to have an attorney assigned.
