HOUSTON – A Houston man is in custody after fatally shooting another man.
Jaime Joel Saenz, 21, is charged with murder. He is accused of shooting a 37-year-old man.

Police say the shooting happened around 3:20 a.m. July 10 on the 7000 block of Avenue F.
The victim and Saenz got into an argument, but police say it ended when Saenz pulled a gun on the man.
Investigators say about an hour later, the victim returned to drop off one of his cousins and a woman. He got into another confrontation with Saenz that turned physical.
Authorities say during the scuffle that Saenz shot the victim and left the scene in a silver or gray Chrysler 300.
Further investigation revealed Saenz as the alleged gunman. He was arrested Wednesday without incident, according to police.
